Laura Reid Harris, Psy.D.
Dr. Reid Harris is a clinical and forensic psychologist who specializes in the areas of trauma, sexuality, and psychosexual functioning. She received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from George Washington University and completed an internship at the University of Virginia, followed by forensic training at the UVA Institute of Law, Psychiatry, and Public Policy. In addition, Dr. Reid completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the George Washington University, where she taught doctoral students, supervised, and treated clients in the program's community mental health clinic. Dr. Reid provides psychotherapy as well as psychological, psychosexual, and forensic evaluations. She is fluent in Spanish and speaks some French, German, and Portuguese. She is licensed in the District of Columbia, Virginia, Colorado, and New Mexico, and she has Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology which allows her to practice telepsychology in the 43 states that participate in PsyPact.
