Therapy and Counseling
Medlin Treatment Center has a diverse clinical team that can address and treat a number of emotional, and behavioral issues with various treatment modalities. Our core goals are to help improve your overall well-being, strengthen your relationships, achieve your personal goals, and manage your psychological symptoms.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy, or one-on-one therapy, is a collaborative process where a mental health professional works privately with a client to explore personal challenges, improve self-awareness, develop coping skills, and foster growth in a confidential setting, addressing emotional, behavioral, or psychological issues through various techniques like CBT or psychodynamic approaches
Family Therapy
Family therapy is a type of talk therapy focusing on improving relationships and interactions within a family unit, viewing problems as patterns within the system rather than just individual issues, to help members communicate better, resolve conflicts, and navigate major life changes or mental health challenges together

Marital Therapy or Couples Counseling
Marital therapy or couples counseling helps romantic partners improve their relationship by addressing conflicts, enhancing communication, and building stronger connections. This type of therapy focuses on the couple's relationship to change negative interaction patterns, increase understanding, and develop healthier ways of relating.
Group Therapy
Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy where a trained therapist leads a small group, usually five to fifteen people, to discuss personal issues, share experiences, and learn coping skills in a supportive environment, helping members understand themselves better and improve relationships through peer interaction
