About Us
Medlin Treatment is an outpatient counseling center in metro Atlanta that was founded by Dr. Julie Medlin in 1997. Over the past 29 years, we have grown to be a trusted and respected authority in the mental health services space.
We offer a wide range of psychological services for children, adolescents, and adults, including psychological evaluations, individual psychotherapy, marital therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. We have a dynamic and diverse multidisciplinary team of licensed psychologists, social workers, family therapists, and professional counselors.
In addition to general psychological services, we offer specialized services for individuals who have experienced sexual abuse and/or struggle with sexual behavior problems. Specifically, we offer specialized trauma treatment for children, teens and adults, as well as treatment for individuals who have a history of acting out sexually. We also offer sexual trauma evaluations, psychosexual evaluations, and forensic evaluations. We have a highly specialized forensic team of psychologists that conduct forensic psychological evaluations for legal cases nationwide.
