Katelyn graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She brings a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and interpersonal dynamics, paired with hands-on experience in customer service roles that emphasize communication, empathy, and service. Through her experiences, Katelyn has cultivated a passion for working with people and supporting their needs. At Medlin Treatment Center, Katelyn provides client support and administrative assistance to our clinical team.
