Jay Hall graduated from Duke University with a major in Public Policy. While working with arts lobbyists, Jay was introduced to the personal computer and its many productivity capabilities. He later worked in computer sales, repair, networking, and custom database development. He has applied these skills to construction management and mental health practice management. Jay was instrumental in the founding of Medlin Treatment Center in 1997, and he has had various roles in the practice since that time. His recent focus has primarily been in business management, contracts, and regulation compliance.
