General Outline

Weeks 1-4: Develop coping skills, psychoeducation on dynamics & impacts of sexual trauma

Week 5-9: Process trauma and write trauma narrative

Week 10-12: Psychoeducation & tools for healthy intimacy, empowerment-based exercises
