Whitney Rudd, LMFT
Whitney M. Rudd is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a certification from the National Board for Certified Counselors. Whitney’s overall goal is to help clients feel supported and to assist them in working towards obtaining peace, healing, and wholeness in their lives. Whitney earned her degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Richmont Graduate University and has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings.
She uses the following approaches to therapy: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, and Emotionally Focused Therapy interventions. She also provides specialized treatment for eating disorders. She provides individual, group, family, and couples counseling.
