Tammy Hodges, LCSW
Tammy Hodges is licensed clinical social worker who enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds. Tammy received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spelman College in 1991. She received her Masters of Social Work degree from Clark Atlanta University 2000. Tammy believes that sometimes everyone lacks the mental and emotional energy to function effectively on a daily basis.
She believes that everyone can make complete turnarounds in the areas of mental and emotional health if they are working with someone who is committed to helping them on their journey to change. Tammy utilizes an eclectic therapeutic approach in order to help her clients find their strengths and become empowered to utilize their strengths, consistently, within their daily lives to overcome their mental and emotional health issues.
Tammy has extensive history of working with children and adults who have had a variety of mental health and emotional issues. She has provided therapy for clients who deal with issues of trauma, PTSD, depression, bipolar disorder, stress, anxiety, sexual abuse, substance abuse, and ADHD.
