Hillary Langley, Psy.D.
Dr. Langley is a licensed psychologist who earned a PsyD from Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky. Dr. Langley currently serves as a psychologist at Medlin Treatment Center, specializing in treating adults with sexual traumas, adults with extensive childhood trauma, and adults who have experienced interpersonal violence. Additionally, Dr. Langley works with adults struggling with interpersonal relationships, anxiety, and depression. Dr. Langley has experience working in private practice, college counseling centers focusing on interpersonal work and the treatment of those who experienced sexual assault, and an interpersonal violence shelter working within their sexual assault treatment center.
She also has experience doing advocacy work for the Prison Rape Elimination Act. Dr. Langley has training in and utilizes both Cognitive Processing Therapy and Internal Family Systems in her work with trauma survivors. She believes that a strong therapeutic alliance based on trust and transparency is vital for the success of treatment. In her free time, Dr. Langley enjoys spending time with her family, playing board games, and doing yoga.
