Jasmine Harden, LPC
Jasmine Harden, LPC is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. She completed her undergraduate studies in psychology at Clark Atlanta University before pursuing her Masters in Community Counseling with Argosy University Atlanta. She has over 13 years’ experience providing mental health services, including navigating the child welfare system, and prevention services throughout the state of Georgia in psychiatric and outpatient services. Her clinical training is focused on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
She has also pursued clinical training with a special focus on working with children and adults who have sexual behavior problems. Jasmine encourages clients to be curious about their own interpersonal effectiveness. Her approach to the therapy is to treat the total person for optimum wellness. Her goal for clients is to help them develop coping strategies to increase self-care and preservation to reduce toxic stress in their daily lives.
